Permanent, Part Time working 32 hours per week
This position is multi‑classed as either RN/M1 or RN/M2C and the appointment classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.
WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Midwife to join our dedicated team within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing and midwifery care in a collaborative clinical environment. You will assess patient needs, plan and coordinate care, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external services to ensure safe and effective outcomes. With increasing autonomy, you’ll manage care across each shift while partnering with Aboriginal Maternal Infant Care workers to support culturally safe care for women, babies and families.
You’ll also contribute to the day-to-day leadership and continuous improvement of the service. This includes stepping into shift coordination, supporting and guiding less experienced staff and students, and applying evidence-based practice in your work.
