Ensure the timely and accurate movement of freight and information while providing exceptional customer service within the Critical Logistics Service department. Responsibilities include managing bookings, preparing transport and customs documents, and maintaining communication with carriers and destination branches.
Requires 1 to 2 years of related experience or equivalent education, with a strong focus on high-pressure shipment handling and English fluency. Preferred qualifications include IATA and Dangerous Goods certifications.

Scope of Position:
Ensure timely and accurate movement of all freight and information, while providing an exceptional customer service within CLS department.

Critical Logistics Service is a 24/7/365 operation.
Working time unevenly, according to the monthly timetable, as follows: 12 hours/day (time interval 07:30-19:30) and 12 hours/night (time interval 19:30-07:30). Rest days will be granted as follows: 24 hours after day shift and 48 hours after the night Shift or divided unequal as follows: 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday: 07.30-16.00 ; 08.30-17.00 ; 09.30-18.00 ; 10.30-19.00 ; 11.30-20.00 ; 12.00-20.30 ; 13.00-21.30 ; 14.00-22.30.
Working hours may be modified in accordance with the applicable internal rules/agreements.
Night and weekend shifts incentives in addition to monthly salary as per working schedule.
