The Air Import Agent coordinates end-to-end international air import shipments, ensuring efficient movement through the supply chain. This includes processing shipping documents, tracking shipments, and communicating with airlines, brokers, and carriers.
Candidates should have knowledge of international logistics and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in freight forwarding and an understanding of customs clearance processes are preferred.

Scope of Position:
The Air Import Agent is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of international air import shipments. This role ensures freight moves efficiently through the supply chain while maintaining compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and government regulations. The Air Import Agent serves as the primary point of contact for customers, airlines, brokers, trucking providers, and internal teams while providing exceptional customer service.
