The Assistant Venue Manager supports the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, including site set-up, pack-down, and production scheduling. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership or management role within events, hospitality, or retail. Essential requirements include a current RSA certification and a valid Australian Driver's Licence.

About the Role
As Assistant Venue Manager, you will work closely with the Venue Manager to support the successful delivery of the Moonlight Cinema experience. You'll play a key role in venue operations, team leadership, guest experience, safety, and commercial performance while helping to lead a seasonal workforce throughout the summer season.
This is a fixed-term, full-time contract running from 20 October 2026 to 9 April 2027.
