The Courier Service Specialist manages daily operations at the Delivery Unit to ensure efficient parcel collection and courier compliance. They support courier onboarding, resolve operational issues, and provide performance feedback to the Territory Manager.
Candidates must possess a current UK driving licence and have experience in fast-paced, customer-focused operational environments. A solid understanding of the self-employed courier model and strong communication skills are required.

As a Courier Service Specialist, you’ll be the on‑site champion keeping our Delivery Unit’s running like clockwork. From supporting and guiding couriers to ensuring parcels are ready for collection, you’ll be the steady hand ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliable service. You’ll oversee daily activity, tackle issues before they escalate, and keep the operation flowing seamlessly—so our customers get the great experience they expect.
