Oversee the night warehouse sortation process to ensure parcels are efficiently processed and dispatched to meet key KPIs. Lead and develop a team of supervisors, loaders, and drivers while managing labor costs and operational budgets.
Requires previous management experience in a fast-paced logistics environment and knowledge of transport regulations and 'O' Licence requirements. Candidates must be PC literate and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

We are looking for a Night Shift Manager to come and join the Maidstone Evri family that share our passion and drive to delight our customers.

Come and take charge of a dedicated team and drive performance. Our Night shift typically runs 5 in 7 dependant on volumes.
Our Night Shift Manager is a key role to ensure the smooth running of the Night operation in the Depot; where you will lead teams of Supervisors, Night Loaders, Sorters and Drivers in processing parcels delivered from client sites in to smaller geographic areas to be delivered to the final customer. The Nightshift Manager is fully accountable for the performance of the shift whilst proactively seeking ways to improve cost, service & operational efficiency.
