You will build and scale a creator-led growth engine by managing influencer sourcing, seeding operations, and paid partnership pipelines. The role requires driving measurable revenue through data-backed strategies and managing the full lifecycle of creator relationships.

We're hiring a Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing to own creators as a growth channel. This is a builder role. You will personally source creators, negotiate deals, run the seeding operation, and prove the channel with numbers. As the program scales, you hire underneath you and grow with it. We would rather promote the person who built the machine than hire a director to inherit it.
Straight talk: we've tried influencer programs before and let them drift. Relationships went stale, seeding was untracked, and nobody owned the number. This is a rebuild with executive backing, reporting to our SVP of Marketing, with a clear mandate and a clean slate.
