The Billing Clerk is responsible for preparing and issuing client invoices, managing client accounts, and tracking payments. They also handle data compilation, reporting, and act as a liaison between the Finance department and international billing teams.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in an international law firm or similar environment with a background in accounting, management, or finance. Proficiency in English, Excel, and billing software like SAP is required.

Le bureau parisien d'Eversheds Sutherland a été créé en 1984. Il compte plus de 130 personnes dont 23 associés et au total plus d’une centaine de professionnels du droit.
Nous proposons une gamme complète de services juridiques aux entreprises publiques et privées, françaises ou étrangères, dans des secteurs aussi divers que l’industrie, le luxe, la santé, les services financiers, les infrastructures, la distribution, les nouvelles technologies, le transport et l’énergie.
Nos équipes conseillent de grandes multinationales étrangères, des groupes français du CAC 40 mais aussi des ETI, des gouvernements, des fonds d’investissement, des opérateurs publics ou des start-ups.
Nous recherchons pour le département Ressources Humaines de notre bureau de Paris un(e) Chargé(e) de Facturation dans le cadre d’un CDD.
L'équipe
L’équipe est composée d’une responsable Facturation et de 9 Chargé(e) de Facturation. Elle est rattachée hiérarchiquement à l’équipe Finance du cabinet.
Le poste
Sous la supervision de la Responsable Facturation, vous êtes en charge des missions suivantes :
Profil recherché
De formation supérieure en Comptabilité, Gestion ou Finance, vous justifiez d’une expérience préalable d’au moins 3 ans en cabinet d’avocats international ou environnement similaire.
Vous disposez d’un anglais courant, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, vous permettant d’évoluer aisément dans un contexte international.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel, ainsi qu’un logiciel de gestion de type SAP ou équivalent.
Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et doté(e) d’un excellent sens du service, vous êtes en mesure de gérer les processus de facturation avec fiabilité et efficacité.
Salaire de 38K€ à 45K€ pour 35h selon profil et expérience.
