Selected candidates will conduct research under structured guidance to develop analytical writing and policy drafting skills. They will contribute to research papers, policy briefs, or analytical reports while applying a structured research methodology.
Applicants must be currently enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral program in any discipline. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently in a remote environment and possess good written English skills.

Our mission is to deliver skill-enhancement programs to candidates across the globe, empowering them with the knowledge and competencies required to shape public policy and drive meaningful change within their communities. Applications are invited for the remote online Junior Research Fellowship. (For candidates currently enrolled in Bachelor’s / Master’s / Doctoral programs in any discipline/subject)
This is designed for students, graduates, early-career researchers, and professionals interested in policy research, human rights, governance, international relations, law, public policy, and related fields.
Selected candidates will work under structured guidance and supervision to develop research, analytical writing, and policy drafting skills which involves literature review, policy analysis, preparation of research notes, and drafting of a supervised research paper, policy brief, or analytical report.
Prior research publication experience is not mandatory, Selected candidates will undergo a four-week methodology learning/training program, followed by a four-week research writing phase.
