The Registered Nurse is responsible for managing residents' medical needs and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. They also serve as a leader to the staff, fostering growth and ensuring high health and safety standards.
Candidates must possess a nursing degree, current AHPRA registration, and leadership experience in clinical care. Proficiency in documentation and knowledge of AN-ACC, along with availability for all shift rotations, is required.
