The role involves preparing food and drinks, cleaning kitchen areas, and collaborating with residents to create exciting menus. Additionally, the assistant is responsible for maintaining records as part of the Food Safety Program.
Candidates must have experience in kitchen work and have completed the Basic Food Handling Course. A strong desire to make a difference in the lives of aged care residents and great time management skills are also required.
