The Registered Nurse is responsible for managing residents' medical needs and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. They also serve as a leader to the staff, fostering growth and ensuring high standards of health and safety.
Candidates must possess a nursing degree, current AHPRA registration, and leadership experience in clinical care. Proficiency in documentation and knowledge of AN-ACC are also required.
