The Innovation Hub Platform Sr. Coordinator manages financial, operational, and administrative activities, including purchase orders, expense tracking, and vendor relations. This role serves as a key liaison between departments to ensure operational transparency, process standardization, and accurate financial reporting.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess at least 3 years of experience in operational, financial, or procurement processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and strong analytical and organizational skills are required, along with intermediate English and fluent Spanish.

Objective
The Innovation Hub Platform Sr. Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the financial, operational, and administrative activities that enable the successful execution of Innovation Hub initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating purchase orders, payments, expense tracking, goods receipts, vendor-related processes, and operational workflows while ensuring compliance with internal controls, financial requirements, and organizational standards.
Serving as a key liaison between the Innovation Hub, Finance, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, vendors, and other business partners, the role helps ensure accurate financial reporting, operational transparency, and seamless cross-functional collaboration. The Sr. Coordinator also contributes to process standardization, documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making by maintaining high-quality records, generating meaningful reports, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
