Develop and supervise personalized strength and conditioning programs for individual athletes and groups. Build relationships with athletes, families, and local sports clubs while tracking progress to ensure high-quality training.
A bachelor's degree in Exercise Science is required. Candidates should ideally possess a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification and have experience working with youth athletes.
Preferred experience: past history working with youth athletes in strength and conditioning environment; personal interest in weight training; past/current athletic career (high school or college)

What you can expect:
This is a casual/PRN role with an expected schedule of 6–20 hours per week, though this may vary as the program continues to grow. Hours of operation are 6AM - 9PM. daily. Scheduling will be managed online, allowing you to set your hours based on your availability.
