The role involves managing day-to-day administrative processes, including project setup, financial reporting, and handling team inquiries. The administrator will also identify areas for business process improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Candidates should be organized communicators with strong attention to detail and experience in administration or working with financial data. Must be entitled to work in the UK and capable of obtaining SC Security Clearance.

The purpose of our Services team is simple: help our customers to be successful with our technology.
As a Services Support Administrator, you'll play a vital role behind the scenes ensuring our day to day processes are followed so projects run smoothly, customers receive accurate information and our teams can focus on delivering successful outcomes.
The role
You'll join our experienced and supportive Services Support team who enjoy sharing knowledge and helping each other succeed. You will develop skills in business operations, project support, financial administration and continuous improvement.
Typical activities include setting up new projects in our systems, checking information for accuracy, responding to colleague enquiries, maintaining records and supporting month-end administration activities.

Are a good communicator, organised and looking for a role where you can make a difference by being a really great administrator. You should take pride in doing a great job, with an attention to detail and a love of processes. Multi-tasking, time management and working to deadlines will be second nature to you. Whilst it is not essential, it would be beneficial if you enjoy working with financial data and have some previous experience working in an administrator role. Our key systems use Microsoft and Salesforce, full training will be provided but please do tell us about any relevant experience you have.
Working hours and location – Choose a working pattern that suits you – full-time or part-time (minimum 22.5 hours), home-based or hybrid. You are welcome to be home based or work on a hybrid basis working from our Cambridge or Aylesbury offices. Some full day and overnight meetings will be required to attend approx. bi-monthly team and company meetings. These are usually held in Birmingham, Aylesbury, London or Cambridge.
You must be entitled to work in the UK, and because of the types of data and clients we work with you must be able to hold SC Security Clearance (we will arrange this for you).
