You will coordinate educational initiatives, including managing logistics for on-site events and online courses while liaising with faculty, sponsors, and technical teams. Additionally, you will handle content creation for social media, websites, and newsletters to promote the society's offerings.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in event coordination and project administration with full ownership of end-to-end delivery. Proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and technical comfort with office software and design tools are required.

With more than 149,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.
We are looking for a new team member to support the European School of Radiology (ESOR) and promote our offers to young radiologists around the world through website, newsletters, social media and more.
You will be coordinating multiple events, liaising between different stakeholders, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will join a collaborative team of six, working together to manage 70+ educational initiatives per year.
As part of our team, you will handle the logistics and administration of ESOR’s educational initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between faculty, sponsors, technical teams, and other stakeholders.

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy is at least € 2,500 for 38.5h (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualifications and can be negotiated.
