Ptát se, naslouchat a analyzovat představy a přání klienta tak, abyste pro něj byli schopni najít co nejlepší finanční řešení, dobře mu poradit a nastavit jeho osobní finanční plán.
Spravovat klientská data v moderních systémech a aplikacích – žádné stohy papíru u nás nečekejte, ale těšte se na nejmodernější bankovnictví v tabletu.
Máte ukončené vzdělání s maturitou.
Jste rád/a v každodenním kontaktu s lidmi – jsme tu pro klienty, úsměv na tváři a profesionální přístup je u nás samozřejmostí.
Dokážete aktivně oslovovat klienty po telefonu, zaujmout je a motivovat ke spolupráci.
Máte zkušenosti s obchodem, ať už ve finančním sektoru nebo v jiných oborech, a umíte efektivně navazovat a udržovat obchodní vztahy.
Našlapanou adaptací, během které se budete učit nejen praxí od těch nejlepších, ale máme pro vás připraven náš vlastní intenzivní vzdělávací program prezenčních kurzů, e-learningů a dalších vzdělávacích aktivit. K ruce budete mít zkušené kolegy na pobočce, mentora a podpůrné týmy.

Pro svou práci budete potřebovat několik bankovních certifikací, které vám uhradíme: Spotřebitelské úvěry jiné než na bydlení a spotřebitelské úvěry na bydlení (kombinovaná), Životní a neživotní občanské pojištění (VII. KZP NOP), Kapitálový trh (ZPKT I.) a Doplňkové penzijní spoření (DPS). Na jejich získání budete mít v průběhu adaptace 6 měsíců, už teď si však můžete vyzkoušet test nanečisto na vzdělávacím portálu České bankovní asociace – Educa.
