The Senior Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance, engineering, and grounds services to ensure community facilities operate at peak efficiency. They are responsible for developing annual budgets, managing cost-savings programs, and ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in facilities management with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems. A minimum of 5 years in a management capacity is required, along with proficiency in CMMS and the ability to obtain specific industry certifications within one year.

Compensation: Starting $120k - Max $140k, Annual Salary. Paid Bi-Weekly.
