Prior experience in 911 call-taking or Emergency Medical Services is preferred for this role. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to maintain composure and situational awareness during emergency situations.

You will dispatch both emergency and routine calls for service, while also building a rapport with residents and visitors by providing personalized customer service and hospitality. Compensation: Commensurate with experience, starting at $15 / hr
Schedule: Flex/PRN which means "as needed" to fill in for other employees who may be on vacation or out for personal reasons. Our shift times are either 7a-7p or 7p-7a.
