The Retail Customer Service Manager is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high shop standards within a betting environment. They will process transactions, handle customer inquiries, and actively promote safer gambling practices.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess previous experience in a customer-facing role. Proficiency in cash handling and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, are required.

As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will play an important role in the Entain family, delivering top customer service and driving standards daily. In our exciting, dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops no two days are the same and you'll have the chance to contribute to a team that wins together and does what's right by our customers.
Reporting to the Shop Manager you will be part of the Shop team, who will serve customers and build relationships to encourage repeat custom.

Our shops can be open from Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm depending on the location. This includes weekends and bank holidays.
Your typical weekly rota will be 20 hours. We will make it up of a blend of long opening or closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts. The rota will vary week to week.
