Enpal Italia cerca un/una Sales Team Lead Assistant Intern da inserire nel team Sales. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il Sales Team Leader, supportandolo nell’organizzazione delle attività quotidiane e nella gestione operativa del team.
Inoltre, collaborerai anche con il team Sales Operations, fornendo feedback utili al miglioramento dei processi e contribuendo a rendere più efficiente l’attività commerciale.

Supportare il Sales Team Leader nella gestione operativa quotidiana e nel coordinamento del team
Contribuire al mantenimento di elevati standard di qualità e produttività, proponendo miglioramenti organizzativi
Gestire e aggiornare documentazione commerciale e contratti (CRM, Excel, reportistica) in modo accurato
Collaborare con il team Sales Operations fornendo feedback sui processi e supportando iniziative di miglioramento
Preparare materiali di supporto (presentazioni, report, documenti) per meeting interni e cross-dipartimentali
Analizzare dati di performance del team e contribuire con insight ad azioni correttive o di ottimizzazione
Contattare i clienti in caso di informazioni errate o incomplete
Gestire le richieste di finanziamento e il recupero della documentazione mancante direttamente con i clienti
Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana
Ottime capacità organizzative, attenzione al dettaglio e gestione delle priorità
Buone capacità comunicative, anche in contesti formali
Atteggiamento proattivo e spirito di iniziativa
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office/Google Workspace (soprattutto Excel e Docs)
La conoscenza del settore delle energie rinnovabili è considerata un plus
Esperienza pregressa (anche breve) in un ruolo simile o come Assistant TL, Back Office o segreteria commerciale è considerata un plus
Stage formativo retribuito di 6 mesi
