The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs. This role involves collaboration across various teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all regulatory requirements.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience managing technical or operational programs. Preferred qualifications include PMP certification and experience with government-funded programs.

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs that support Rebel Systems' strategic objectives and customer commitments. This role drives collaboration across engineering, operations, supply chain, business development, and external stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory requirements. The Senior Program Manager enables high-performing teams, proactively manages risk, and fosters continuous improvement while serving as a trusted leader in a fast-paced defense and technology environment.
