The operator is responsible for pasting and stacking quality grid plates to ensure continuous production line flow. Duties include equipment set-up, clearing jams, and making necessary machine adjustments to maintain product quality.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid forklift driver's license. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and wear a respirator in a lead-exposed environment.
