The Plant Controller is responsible for managing the financial performance of the Newport plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing. They provide financial analysis to management and implement controls over inventory, fixed assets, and product costing.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment and a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA. Proficiency in SAP and Excel, along with experience in global matrix organizations, is essential.

The Plant Controller is accountable for managing plant financial performance, with full analysis and advice on the financial impact of management decisions, forecasting and budgeting, and implementing systems and reporting practices that support best practice governance and control environments.
