Responsible for performing technical interventions, maintenance, and repairs on batteries and chargers for internal transport equipment in the Rotterdam region. Acts as the primary point of contact for customers and ensures high-quality service according to contractual agreements.
Requires an MBO degree in electrical or installation technology and experience in a similar technical environment. VCA, forklift/reach truck certificates, and NEN3140 diplomas are preferred but can be provided by the company.

De servicemonteur is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van technische interventies, onderhoud en reparaties aan EnerSys-producten en -oplossingen, met name batterijen en laders voor intern transportmaterieel (zoals heftrucks).
Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand die bij voorkeur woonachtig is in de regio Eindhoven of Venlo, zodat hij efficiënt interventies kan uitvoeren bij klanten in deze sector.
In een toegewezen regio voert hij interventies uit bij klanten ter plaatse en zorgt hij voor een hoogwaardige service, conform de contractuele afspraken en de geldende veiligheidsnormen. Hij beschikt over een uitgeruste servicebus en gebruikt gespecialiseerde software voor het registreren en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden.
In nauwe samenwerking met de technische teams, servicecoördinatie en de commerciële dienst speelt hij een sleutelrol in de klanttevredenheid, het behoud van de prestaties van de installaties en de loyaliteit van klanten, en draagt hij bij aan het algemene succes van de EnerSys-diensten.
Verantwoordelijk voor alle uitvoerende werkzaamheden in een specifieke regio.
Verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoer van storingen en overige losse serviceverzoeken.
Verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoer van de servicecontracten.
Waarnemen en rapporteren van afwijkingen in de inzet en conditie van vloten.
Verantwoordelijk voor een juiste vastlegging van de werkbonnen van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in de daarvoor beschikbare servicesystemen.
Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte registratie van de vlootlijsten.
Dagelijkse communicatie met de servicecoördinatie.
Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten tijdens de bezoeken en medeverantwoordelijk voor tevreden klanten.
Onderdeel van een storingsdienst.
Deelname aan periodieke updates en servicemeetings.
