Responsible for initiating and administering plant Quality Assurance initiatives and supervising quality inspectors. The role focuses on ensuring product design and processes comply with corporate standards while improving productivity and first pass yield.
Requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience and at least one year of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory experience is mandatory, with a preference for technical degrees and metal fabrication knowledge.

Responsible for initiating and administering plant Quality Assurance initiatives. Ensures product design and processes comply with Corporate and Marketing standards. Trains and supervise quality inspectors as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: The minimum requirements for this position are: (1) a two-year degree from an accredited educational institution/or equivalent experience; and (2) three years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory experience is required. Excel & SAP experience, Technical knowledge of blueprints and tape measure, & AutoCad and/or Solidworks.
Preferred Qualifications: A four-year degree in a technical field/or equivalent experience. Metal Fabrication and Welding experience preferred.
