Provide operational support for the blasting process to ensure the correct execution of the blasting plan. Responsibilities include transporting explosives, controlling traffic in influence zones, and ensuring drill holes are primed and loaded according to design.
Requires a completed high school education and preferably 2 years of experience in loading and plugging blasting holes. Candidates must have knowledge of production processes, safety protocols, and availability to work a 14x7 shift rotation.
Objetivo: Dar soporte operativo en el proceso de voladura para garantizar la correcta ejecución del programa o plan de voladura en coordinación con el Supervisor de Voladura.
Funciones:
Ejecutar con rigurosidad las instrucciones dadas por el supervisor para el funcionamiento de la unidad.
Cumplir con los procedimientos operacionales de cada unidad.
Controlar parámetros de funcionamiento de la unidad.
Trasladar los explosivos y accesorios de voladura al proyecto de voladura en coordinación con el supervisor de voladura.
Dar soporte operacional en el proyecto para ejecutar el plan de voladuras.
Controlar el tránsito en puntos establecidos de la zona de influencia de la voladura para garantizar que no existan personas o vehiculos en riesgo.
Guiar el transito del camión fábrica de forma segura en el proyecto de voladura para minimizar contingencias.
Asegurar que los taladros sean primados, cargados y tapados de acuerdo al diseño de voladura.
Apoyar en la operación de la unidad, llevando a cabo actividades menores.
Requisitos:
Deseable 2 años de experiencia en carguío, tapado de taladro de voladura
Secundaria Completa
Conocimientos en procesos productivos y protocolos de seguridad.
Disponibilidad para laborar en régimen 14 x 7
