The Retail Specialist is responsible for visiting assigned grocery stores to maintain product displays, ensure shelf standards, and replenish inventory. They also conduct product analysis, report sales data, and provide training to store personnel.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report. Previous experience in CPG, grocery, or retail industries is preferred, along with the physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Empire supports Meat/Seafood, Deli/Bakery, Produce, and Grocery suppliers in the Kroger stores which includes calling on all the stores in assigned territory within the established call frequency. The Retail Specialist will sell and ensure best in class in store merchandising to include building displays, packing out product, and replenishing permanent secondary displays and maintain salability of all authorized items.
