Phase 1 : Dépôt et service à la clientèle (12 mois)
Vous acquerrez une expérience pratique des opérations, une connaissance des produits et du service à la clientèle. Vous apprendrez comment les produits sont distribués, comment gérer le stock et maîtriserez la gestion des contrôles et de la tarification.
Phase 2 : Relations avec la clientèle et approvisionnement (12 mois)
Vous établirez des relations avec les clients, gérerez des projets de grande envergure et apprendrez l’art de lire les plans afin de fournir des devis de matériaux précis. Vous perfectionnerez vos compétences de résolution de problèmes et de négociation tout en établissant des partenariats avec les fournisseurs.
Phase 3 : Gestion des comptes clients et ventes proactives (15 à 18 mois)
L’accent sera mis sur le développement des affaires et les stratégies de vente. Vous apprendrez à repérer de nouvelles occasions, à négocier des contrats et à créer des partenariats durables avec les clients.
Phase 4 : Leadership et exploitation (3 mois)
Vous vous plongerez dans le leadership! Vous perfectionnerez vos compétences en leadership, encadrez les autres et prendrez en charge la gestion de l’exploitation en définissant l’orientation stratégique et en encadrant votre équipe.
