The Investment Analyst supports the oversight of company investment portfolios, including insurance, benefit plans, and foundation portfolios. Responsibilities include performing investment analysis, benchmarking, coordinating document execution, and assisting with portfolio management and trade settlements.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and possess at least 2 years of relevant financial experience. An MBA or progress toward a CFA designation is preferred, along with intermediate proficiency in Excel.
Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Ideal candidates will reside within a commuting distance from our Indianapolis, IN PulsePoint.

The Investment Analyst will be responsible for providing support for the oversight of the company’s investment portfolios, including insurance, benefit plans and foundation portfolios.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS in Accounting/Finance and a minimum of 2 years of financial experience; or a combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
