The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care by evaluating functional needs and implementing customized care plans to optimize patient outcomes. They are also responsible for documenting treatment goals and providing leadership to support staff within the community.
Candidates must be graduates of an APTA-approved program with a current, unrestricted PT license and at least one year of healthcare facility experience. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required for travel-based home care.
