The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates patients to determine rehabilitation needs and develops personalized plans of care. They provide direct therapy services in home settings while coordinating with physicians and caregivers to ensure quality continuity of care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Language Pathology and a current, unrestricted SLP license in the state of work. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and a valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle are required.
