Service-Verantwortung: Du übernimmst die volle Ownership für eines unserer B2B-Support- Teams und verbesserst kontinuierlich Qualität und Effizienz
Teamführung & Coaching: Du begleitest, förderst und motivierst Dein 9-köpfiges Team. Entwicklungsbedarfe erkennst Du dabei frühzeitig und sorgst für die passenden Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
Performance: Du verfolgst zentrale Support KPIs (z. B. First Contact Rate, Time-to-Resolution, Kundenzufriedenheitsrate, Prozesseffizienz) und nutzt diese zur gezielten Optimierung unseres Supports
Stakeholder Management: Du agierst als Hauptansprechperson für interne und externe Stakeholder (z. B. Order Management, Field Service, Customer Success und Product), um technische Anliegen der Kunden schnell und effizient zu lösen
