As one of Europe’s top Approved Training Organizations (ATO), we serve cadets and professionals from around the world, while also maintaining a high-performing fleet under strict safety and regulatory standards.
We are seekind a full-time Duty Airside Officer to join our team. Working alongside the Aerodrome Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the aerodrome. You will manage operational liaison with Air Traffic, emergency services, and operational managers to support the effective use of aerodrome facilities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and inspect the aerodrome movement area to ensure safe and efficient airside operations
Assist with aircraft parking procedures while supporting aircraft security requirements
Coordinate aircraft refueling activities in compliance with operational and safety regulations
Provide assistance to flight crews regarding operational services, including Aeronautical Information Service (AIS) and meteorological information
Conduct regular runway inspections to ensure Foreign Object Debris (FOD) clearance, identify potential hazards, and confirm operational readiness
Liaise with Air Traffic, emergency services, and operational teams to ensure the effective use of aerodrome facilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Aviation Management, or a related field
Confident with technology, with strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in Greek, both written and spoken
Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken; additional languages will be considered an asset
Valid driving licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound operational decisions
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required

We are currently in phase 2 of developing the first fully organised General Aviation Airport in Greece, very close to the town of Kavala. The airport, when fully developed, it will offer all GA facilities and services, plus a student campus.
