The Production Associate processes donations, sorts merchandise, and maintains the sales floor to meet daily production goals. They also assist guests and donors at the donation door while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Candidates must be physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting for the duration of their shift and possess the ability to perform repetitive tasks. A background check is required for all applicants, and the role requires the ability to work with people of varying abilities.

Duties will include processing donations; sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor. Greets and assists guests and/or donors. Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned. Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of production, as directed.
