Our team is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated Community Living Specialist to join our team in Springfield, MO. If you thrive in a vibrant, supportive, and inclusive work environment, this opportunity is perfect for you! As a Community Living Specialist with Easterseals, you'll work alongside people with disabilities to help them thrive in their homes and their community.
Position Summary:
The Community Living Specialist provides daily assistance and supports for individuals with disabilities living in their home. This position provides support, education and advocacy as outlined in the individual’s support plan and ensures supports provided meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.
