Support the rollout and testing of next-generation hovercraft by troubleshooting complex multi-disciplinary system issues. Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and maintain technical documentation to maximize craft uptime for the Navy customer.
Requires a B.S. in an engineering discipline from an ABET accredited university and at least two years of relevant experience. Candidates must be eligible for a Secret security clearance and possess strong communication and technical troubleshooting skills.

This position will be part of the Systems Integration and Test (SIT) Engineering team focusing on supporting the Ship-to-Shore Connector (SSC) Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC), next generation hovercraft program. Primary duties would be supporting the rollout of production crafts into testing; troubleshooting a variety of multi-discipline, complex issues throughout testing and systems integration; driving continuous improvement through feedback to design/quality/manufacturing and root cause analysis (RCA); and supporting fielded crafts in concert with our Navy customer.
You will be part of highly skilled, multi-discipline engineering team and, as such, will need the ability to effectively interface and communicate with other team members and across engineering disciplines. This also extends out to the broader team of pilots, test conductors, technicians, and other engineering groups. You will have the opportunity to travel and to contribute to the effectiveness and reliability of systems that are saving lives and protecting our warfighters.
