The controller will be responsible for creating budgets, reports, and variance analyses while driving automation and AI-based process improvements. They will also support cashflow analysis, transfer pricing, and the preparation of annual financial statements.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within a project or service environment. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL, along with a strong interest in automation and AI, is required.

Unterstützung beim Monitoring der internen Leistungsverrechnung und der Profitabilität einzelner Profitcenter
Mitarbeit im konzerninternen Transfer Pricing
Schnittstellenkommunikation mit Teamleiter*innen und den Fachabteilungen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen, z. B. bei Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling und/oder im Dienstleistungsumfeld
Sehr gute Excel/Google-Sheets Kenntnisse, BMD Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Erfahrung mit Power BI; SQL sowie Cloud Data Warehouses (BigQuery)
Begeisterung für Automatisierungen & KI-Systeme (z.B. Verknüpfung von Systemen via APIs)
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und Fähigkeit komplexe Daten verständlich aufzubereiten
Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie souveränes Sparring für Fachabteilungen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
