· Troubleshooting em: Switches Medium e Large, SD-WAN Appliances, Routers VNF em Cloud
· Análise de performance e falhas em Wireless Controllers e WAPs
· Atuação técnica em incidentes de LTE recorrentes
· Suporte a NAC, Proxy e ZPA, incluindo: Falhas de autenticação e Problemas de políticas de acesso
· Análise de logs, métricas e dashboards
· Execução de mudanças padrão (standard changes) em rede e segurança
