工作内容：
• 您需要理解和执行度假区在移动应用程序、网页上的方向，梳理和制定数字产品组合的战略从而提升用户体验和业务表现。
• 您将配合产品经理制定产品中长期发展蓝图、梳理项目需求和使用案例。
• 您需要编写项目的立项，评审，需求文档，确认项目成本，收益，时间线，整体上推动并最终独立交付中小型项目。
• 您将带领工程师、设计师和外部供应商执行产品计划。
• 您将与关键利益相关者合作，协调业务需求优先级，更新进度和计划。
• 您需要关注市场趋势和消费者行为，推动产品创新。
我们希望您：
• 3年以上产品管理经验，有在中国参与建立和发展移动产品的项目经历。
• 热衷于技术、移动、互联网和电子商务，基本了解中国市场及移动互联网趋势。
• 具有优秀的沟通能力，可以简要高效地表述自己观点，达成沟通意图。
• 熟悉管理移动用户体验和设计思维过程的经验。
• 具有一定的敏捷软件开发项目经验。
• 具有较好的组织能力，可以较好地管理相关利益方，并可以与他们协调同步好共同的目标和优先级。
• 具有在快速发展的数字化团队处理技术、用户和业务问题的经验；
• 流利的英语口语和较好的英语书写能力。
• 具备软件编程经验者优先。
