Support the implementation of licensing agreements by ensuring renewed terms are accurately reflected on the platform and that content remains compliant, current and available.
Carry out editorial and operational quality assurance across platform updates and relevant customer-facing materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to house style.
Manage inbound operational requests relating to platform and content updates from commercial and customer-facing teams, escalating where strategic or pedagogical judgement is required.
Support the operational delivery of commercial priorities, including platform updates, collateral review and associated content changes.
Coordinate operational activity supporting the accessibility roadmap, including remediation workflows and quality assurance where required.
