Een groeiend commercieel team luchtvracht binnen de healthcare logistiek. Samen met je collega’s ben je proactief met de aanvragen van bestaande klanten en internationale collega’s, verwerk je deze snel tot een op-maat-gemaakte offerte en onderhoud je nauw contact met klanten. Dát is wat jij doet!
Jij krijgt het voor elkaar
Dagelijks ben jij de klantgerichte inside sales luchtvracht die proactief contact (per telefoon en email) met de klanten in Nederland. Zoals benoemd houd je ook contact (op dezelfde manier) met je internationale collega’s die luchtvrachttarieven nodig hebben. Je verwerkt de aanvragen, opgemaakte offertes en quotes in het interne systeem. Nieuwe leads geef je proactief door aan je collega’s van Outside Sales. Jij werkt eraan mee.
Hoe je dit doet? In deze commerciële functie is het belangrijk dat je ondernemend bent, geen uitdaging uit de weg gaat maar bovenal interesse/kennis hebt in de luchtvracht. Je bent een professionele gesprekspartner voor je klanten én collega’s. Jouw positieve energie en uitstekende communicatie (in Nederlands én Engels) is zeer welkom. Maar bovenal jouw kennis/ervaring van luchtvracht en incoterms is het belangrijkste. Dit krijg je voor elkaar door het:
• registratie & follow up van sales leads, quotes en offertes;
• onderhouden van contacten met relaties (bestaande klanten);
• zoeken naar oplossingen op gebied van wereldwijde transport.

Jij brengt mee
• minimaal een afgeronde commerciële of logistieke mbo (niveau 4) opleiding;
• je bent klant- en servicegericht, punctueel én hebt een flexibele instelling;
• goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift;
• een goede up-to-date kennis en ervaring met incoterms en zeevracht;
• een makkelijke prater, teamspeler en een sociale persoonlijkheid.
