Candidates must hold a tertiary qualification in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Mining Engineering and possess at least 15 years of experience in the mining industry. Proven leadership in greenfield project commissioning and a strong understanding of Western Australian mining safety legislation are essential.

Through Encore Minerals, Draslovka is developing the Windarra Tailings Project near Laverton, Western Australia, reprocessing gold and potentially nickel tailings using its proprietary Glycine Leaching Technology, GlyCat™ and GlyLeach™.
The Role
We are seeking a General Manager – Operations to lead the Windarra Tailings Project through its transition from construction and commissioning into safe, sustainable and profitable commercial operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role holds full accountability for the project's profit and loss performance and will establish the leadership team, operating systems and culture that underpin its long-term success. Based in Perth, with regular site travel once operations commence.
