Act as a strategic liaison between IT and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives. Lead requirements gathering, process improvement, and the implementation of systems integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Salesforce.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 5 years of related experience. Professional certifications in project management or business analysis and experience with ERP systems are highly preferred.
Job Summary
Dole Fresh Fruit Company is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to play a critical role in aligning technology solutions with business objectives across our enterprise systems. This role serves as a strategic liaison between IT and business stakeholders to analyze and improve processes, define requirements, and guide system implementations—particularly those integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Salesforce platforms. As a Sr. BSA, you’ll take ownership of requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and systems integration initiatives. You’ll lead small to mid-sized projects, contribute to larger enterprise projects, and collaborate cross-functionally with both business and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
