The Bid Manager will play a critical role in improving how DNV Cyber wins business. This is a dual-purpose role combining hands-on delivery of complex bids with the development of scalable bid capabilities across the organization.
The successful candidate will help create a more structured, consistent and efficient approach to bidding—enabling teams to develop high-quality proposals at scale, while directly supporting high-value opportunities. The role contributes directly to improving proposal quality, strengthening governance and increasing win rate over time.
The Bid Manager will work across commercial, technical and support functions to strengthen both bid execution and long-term capability across the organization:
Develop and maintain practical tools, templates and guidance that enable teams to create high-quality bids independently
Establish clear, consistent bidding processes, including governance across finance, legal and pricing
Capture lessons learned and build best practices that improve proposal quality over time
Explore opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency, quality and reuse of bid content.
Lead and coordinate complex, high-value and multi-service bids from kick-off to submission
Structure and manage cross-functional bid teams, timelines and deliverables
Ensure proposals meet high standards of quality, clarity and customer relevance
Work closely with sales, account teams, delivery teams and business leaders to ensure proposals are commercially strong and well-positioned.
Collaboration and stakeholder alignment
Partner with sales, technical experts, delivery teams and corporate functions to deliver successful bids
Act as a trusted advisor, bringing structure, clarity and discipline to complex opportunities.
