The role involves creating digital media content, specifically short-form videos for social media, and appearing on camera. Additionally, the student will support social media moderation, monitoring, and influencer relations research.
Candidates must be currently enrolled students with a strong affinity for TikTok and experience in producing short video content. Basic knowledge of video editing tools like CapCut and design software like Canva or Photoshop is preferred.

Das DKMS Donor Center ist eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der DKMS. Das Donor Center hat die primären Aufgaben der Spenderregistrierung, Spenderbetreuung und Spendervermittlung.
Für unsere Corporate Communications Abteilung in Köln suchen wir baldmöglichst einen
Werkstudent (m/w/d) für den Bereich Social Media Marketing (ca. 16-20 h/Woche, befristet)
Das erwartet dich bei uns:
• Digitale Mediengestaltung (Bild- und Video-Produktion sowie -Bearbeitung)
• Unterstützung in der Kreation von Content, v.a. Bewegtbild - auch gerne vor der Kamera
• Unterstützung in der Moderation unserer Social Media Kanäle
• Unterstützung im Social Media Monitoring
• Unterstützung bei Influencer Relations (Recherche, Datenpflege)
Das bringst du mit:
• Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in (mind. für 1 weiteres Jahr)
• Starke Affinität zu Social Media Kommunikation, v.a. TikTok
• Grundkenntnisse in Video Editing Programmen (im Optimalfall CapCut)
• Sehr gute sprachliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
• Erfahrung in der Produktion von Short Video Content vor und hinter der Kamera
• Grundkenntnisse in Design- und Bildbearbeitungsprogrammen sind von Vorteil (idealerweise Canva und Photoshop)
• Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
