The Deployment Lead coordinates daily production activities and provides hands-on support for the imaging, configuration, and packaging of Apple devices. They ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule while guiding the deployment team on the production floor.
Candidates must be able to lead production workflows and perform technical tasks related to MacBook and iPad deployment. The role requires strong organizational skills to manage inventory and the ability to coach new team members on quality standards.

As the volume and complexity of Apple device deployments continue to grow, the need for a dedicated Deployment Lead has become essential to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality across all projects. This hands-on role serves as the primary resource on the production floor, providing day-to-day guidance, coordinating workflow, and supporting the deployment team throughout the imaging, configuration, and preparation of Apple devices for client delivery.
The Deployment Lead works closely with the Deployment Operations Manager to ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with client specifications. This position focuses on leading by example, maintaining quality standards, resolving production issues, and helping the team achieve daily production goals. While this role provides direction and support to team members, it is not responsible for formal performance management or disciplinary actions.
By maintaining organized workflows, promoting accountability, and driving continuous improvement, the Deployment Lead helps reduce errors, improve productivity, and ensure Diamond Assets consistently delivers an exceptional client experience.
