Relevant directement du Gestionnaire de Projet, le poste de Superviseur-e de Camp effectue la gestion quotidienne et administrative des services de restauration et d’hébergement d’un camp et assume la responsabilité de la performance générale du projet, y compris la gestion du personnel, la qualité du service et la Santé et Sécurité au Travail (SST). La personne titulaire du poste supervise les opérations de la cuisine et de l’entretien ménager, tout en maintenant de saines relations avec la clientèle servie et les représentants du client sur le site. La personne titulaire du poste est responsable de s'assurer que les opérations se déroulent en toute sécurité, dans les limites du budget et en conformité avec le contrat, les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise, ainsi que la législation et les exigences en matière de main-d'œuvre.
