The HSE Field Advisor supports health, safety, and environmental program delivery across multiple sites in Eastern Canada. Key duties include conducting site visits, leading incident investigations, and collaborating with site leadership to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requires 3 to 5 years of progressive OHS experience and post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience. A valid Canadian driver's license and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office are mandatory.

The HSE Advisor, Field Support is responsible for supporting health, safety, and environmental program delivery across multiple work sites. Operating in a hybrid capacity (approximately 80% field / 20% office), this role requires regular travel to various client and company locations to monitor program compliance, support site leadership, and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Reporting to the Manager of Health, Safety & Environment, the HSE Field Advisor supports the Remote and Hospitality Services Eastern Canada Division. The successful candidate must be available to travel as required by business needs.
This position is safety sensitive and requires drug, alcohol, and fit to work testing as a condition of employment.
The HSE Field Advisor performs some or all the following duties:
