The HVAC Mechanic is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems at a customer site. Key duties include fabricating ductwork, installing components, and ensuring the proper operation of chillers and boilers.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid HVAC license, and at least 5 years of experience in a government facility. Proficiency in electrical systems, low-pressure vessels, and OSHA safety standards is required.

The Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Mechanic provides all HVAC services at the CMI customer site in Beltsville, MD.
