The Community Support Worker will facilitate engaging, person-centered programs to help participants build vital life skills and independence. They will work alongside team members to provide onsite and community-based support, including assistance with activities of daily living.
Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in a related field and possess 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. The role requires a valid Class 5 driver's license, criminal record clearance, and the physical ability to support recreational and personal care activities.
