Support adults with developmental disabilities in building life skills through on-site and community-based activities. Implement individualized goal plans and lead person-centered programs to enhance participants' independence and quality of life.
Requires a degree or diploma in Social Services, Human Services, Therapeutic Recreation, or Education, with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Must possess a Class 5 driver's license, valid First Aid/CPR, and be able to pass criminal and medical clearances.

HOURLY WAGE: | $26.83 - $29.76 as per the collective agreement (2024 rates, implementation of new collective agreement is in process, and new wage rates $28.46 to $31.57 will be implemented once funding is received) |
